I wanted to let you know that I awarded you the HeartFelt Blogger Award. You get to visit my blog to get it, but you truly deserve it. I am continuing to pray for all of you and will be constantly thinking about you and praying tomorrow.
By the way...it is good that the doctor is getting some rest! That was the one question I asked our surgeon...did you get a good night's sleep. I figured that was very important as he was heading into surgery on our daughter.
Dear Roger and Nicole, You don't know me but I live in Beacon Falls Ct. and grew up with the Zollo family. My name is Kathy Smith Shugdinis. I learned of Travis from a good friend of Don's. I signed on to your blog to see what an absolutley beautiful baby boy your Travis is.To look at his pictures it is so hard to believe he has had to endure so much in such a short time. Please cherish the ups you have with him and be strong for each other and Travis in any setbacks that could face you with HLHS. My family and I too have lived this horrible nightmare of ups and downs. 4 years ago my daughter and son-in-law gave birth to a beautiful baby boy who also had HLHS. Even though we don't know each other please know that I stand by your side and am with you in thought and prayer.
Coach DiCarlo and Nicole- I visit your blog often as I pray for you both and for your VERY adorable boy. You will all be in my prayers tomorrow. As a mom, your blog has moved me as I remember the early days with my boys. You are facing this challenge with such courage and honesty, I hope all the prayers coming your way help give you strength. I know that beautiful boy keeps you going each day. The family of Patrick Nagle... Jeff, Janet, Patrick and Shea
I am sending all of my prayers and positive energy your way for the second operation... I am very happy that the first one was a success... Your family has been in my thoughts and prayers since Karen told me about little T... He is soooo precious and adorable... All of my very best to you all..
Love and hugs, Leesa (Ryan's teacher and family friend for years)
